So, today's info would be something related to the calories.
There're people who counted their calories (in every meal) to achieve and to not to exceed their basal metabolic rate.
We can't say it's not good, but we can say that it can be pretty hard sometimes for some people. A quick tip, just pick the lowest cal meal you can see in front of you and wallaahh, no need to Google the cal or search it in health book.
Still, that's our way. If you chose to count your calories, hey no biggie! After all, calories is what we want to keep the eyes on right.
